These terms govern your use of DawnVow, provided by Kaan Çelik, Türkiye. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Alarm reliability and safe use
Alarm delivery depends on your device, operating system, permissions, battery state, volume, settings and hardware. Test the app and keep a backup alarm when timing is important. DawnVow cannot guarantee that every alarm will sound or wake you.
iOS system Stop limitation
On iOS 26 and later, AlarmKit provides a system-controlled Slide to stop action that DawnVow cannot remove. Choosing Start mission opens the DawnVow task flow. Slide to stop silences the current system alert; if the task is unfinished, DawnVow attempts to schedule one follow-up alarm about 30 seconds later. The retry chain is limited to 30 minutes or 60 follow-ups. Operating-system actions, device shutdown, resource limits or force-quit behavior can still prevent a later delivery, so DawnVow does not claim that an alarm is impossible to stop.
An always-available Emergency Stop requires a 5-second hold and a second confirmation. It cancels DawnVow retry deliveries and records that morning as missed.
Subscriptions
DawnVow may offer auto-renewing weekly and yearly subscriptions. The store purchase screen shows the final price, currency, billing period and any trial or promotional eligibility before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel through the same store within the period required by that store. Deleting DawnVow does not cancel a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account and restore eligible purchases in DawnVow. Store refund and renewal rules apply.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse DawnVow, interfere with its operation, evade store billing, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or use camera missions in a way that violates another person's privacy or applicable law.
Availability and changes
Supported devices, missions, subscription offers and features may change. We may update or discontinue parts of the app where reasonably necessary for product, security or legal reasons.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DawnVow is supplied without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Kaan Çelik is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from a missed alarm, device failure or misuse of the app. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
